7.1 All Personal Data is Processed centrally by MBFi in the United States of America.

7.2 Subject to compliance with applicable Privacy Law, your Personal Data may be transferred to third-party service providers or subsidiaries of MBFi located in other jurisdictions for limited operational purposes.

7.3 Where Personal Data is transferred to other jurisdictions, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are implemented to protect that information in line with lawful data transfer mechanisms as required by applicable Privacy Law.

7.4 We only transfer Personal Data where one of the following conditions is met: (1) we have obtained your consent to the transfer; (2) the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or to give effect to a contract concluded in your interest; or (3) the recipient is subject to a law, binding agreement, or internal policy framework that ensures an adequate level of protection for your Personal Data, including appropriate safeguards, accountability measures, and enforceable data subject rights.
